- I distribute marketing flyers to real estate agents/offices in local area
- Notify surrounding home owners of your property being listed to see if they know of anyone looking to move into the area
- I host Brokers Open House for local Realtors (we will set schedule)
- I host weekend Open Houses (we will set schedule)

Evaluate feedback & offers
- Recieve an offer(s) from potenital buyer(s)
- Counter offer between Buyer and Seller
- Accept the best and most professional offer

Escrow Process
- Buyer submits initial deposit to escrow to open Escrow process
- Prepair all Disclosures on property for new Buyer
- Conduct Termite Inspection and Appraisal for new Buyer
- Buyer conducts property inspection to satisfy all needs & questions
- Receive, review, and reply to Buyers “Request for Repairs”
- Sign Escrow and Title documents
- Seller moves out of the property

Close Escrow
- Escrow and Title Companies wire funds from Buyers escrow account to Seller and/or Sellers Lender
- Seller provides Buyer with keys
