ABOUT US

  • Chris Reisbeck,
    Listing and Buying Specialist
My work experience began at a young age assisting my parents with their family’s fine gift and exquisite floral design business. By constantly being in the presence of adults, I grasped the value of a strong work ethic from the start. I witnessed the fruits of hard work explode into an overwhelming success.

Before being introduced into real estate, I was the District Sales Manager for a European Glass Ornament company for five years. I dedicated my time to manage nine states in the course of my career with the holiday company. Working with over 300 small businesses a year taught me the importance of staying organized. Creativity, the ability to see fine details, and possessing innovative ideas above and beyond the average imagination are three of the strong qualities that have made me successful in all business endeavors. I am pleased that I can apply these strengths and talents to the profession of real estate.

I am a partner with Keller Williams Realty and have been teamed up with the third largest real estate company for over six years now. I have been recognized at several times as the top listing and sales agent. As a member of NAR (National Association of Realtors) and CAR (California Association of Realtors) it is important you know that I strive to achieve the highest level of education available and to be apprised of the ever-changing laws and regulations of the California marketplace. I network with over 100,000 Realtors and am apart of CARETS (California Real Estate Technology Services). I was voted to be apart of the local MLS (Multiple Listing Service) board and am committed to help build and grow the real estate community. I utilize the Internet to market my listings and collect data for my buyers while focusing on providing individual quality personal service to my clients. I am extremely involved with the culture of real estate and am a Mentor at our Keller Williams office for the newer agents coming on board. I am also on the ALC (Agent Leadership Council) at Keller Williams. Only the top percentage of the office is asked to be apart of the committee. It is a great honor to be a part of the leadership council as it is considered the Board of Directors of the company.

By focusing on what clients want to accomplish, I have continuously dedicated myself to assisting people in achieving their lifetime goals. My optimism and determination to accomplish anything my heart and mind desires has carried me to places that many never reach. Giving back to communities and charities has always been extremely important to me. I have helped raise over $100,000 for Pediatric Cancer, AIDS, Breast Cancer, and many other charities. I enjoy golfing and spending time with my Dachshund and Siamese kitten. I welcome you to contact me at anytime.

  • Apolla Farthing
    Transaction Coordinator
A real estate transaction coordinator functions as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, escrow companies and mortgage brokers during the process of a real estate sale. Many real estate brokerages hire transaction coordinators to effectively manage the administrative tasks involved in closing a sale.

The transaction coordinator maintains the file to ensure all the mandatory disclosures are completed and sent to the cooperating agent or broker for the client’s review and approval. As each document returns by mail, fax or e-mail, the real estate transaction coordinator checks for all initials, signatures and dates before marking the disclosures as complete and filing them.

Additionally, a real estate transaction coordinator calls the agents and other parties to remind them of missing documents. The real estate transaction coordinator provides a consistent, quality-controlled system to ensure the smooth and efficient management of all relevant steps necessary to close a real estate sale.

  • Eric Maurer
    Title Representative
Title Insurance is a key component to any real estate transaction. Soon after the close of escrow the new homeowner will receive a policy of title insurance. This policy is their security in the event a claim is made against their property, which challenges their rightful ownership. In such an instance the insuring company will act in the homeowners defense as their representative in any action.

Title insurance gives you the assurance that possible clouds on title to the property you are purchasing – which can be discovered from the public records – have been called to your attention that such defects can be corrected before you buy. Additionally, it is insurance that if any undiscovered claims covered by your policy arises out of the past to threaten your ownership of real estate, it will be disposed of, or you will be reimbursed exactly as your title insurance policy provides.

With over 160 years in the title industry, Chicago Title is synonymous with title insurance, protecting the interests of homeowners across the nation now and in the future.

    Home Warranty
A home warranty plan provides budget protection and peace of mind for homebuyers who otherwise might not be able to handle unexpected repair bills at a time when they are usually least affordable.

The benefits of a Fidelity National Home Warranty plan include:

    1) Budget/cash flow protection on unexpected repairs 2) Convenience of one call, one small service fee and prompt response 3) Most major systems and appliances covered under the Standard Plan 4) Provides added home protection from costly repairs or replacement 5) Provides ongoing home protection – renewable year after year! 6) Full replacement of covered items – if we can’t fix it, we’ll replace it.

Our Teams Client First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, community expertise, in-depth market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network. All of these characteristics are hallmarks of how we work.

That said, in our experience, I’ve also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting our clients first. This means keeping ourselves accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This “client first” philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. In addition, we have found that the latest technologies are enabling us to do everything we’ve always done much more quickly and efficiently. Now technology has also helped us to extend the range of services we provide to our clients.
